What platforms does XHK offer?
XHK trading platform is available for all widely-used desktop and mobile operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. All the trading platform's versions including mobile offer all the essential functionality in order to monitor the account's balance and trade activity not only in the office but also en route.
How to download and install XHK platform?
If you already have registered or have demo account you can download our trading platform. If you have not registered on our website yet, please follow this link. Without a proper account, you will not be able to use the trading platform.
Download the version that fits your operating system. After downloading the setup file, install the platform by following the steps of the Installation Wizard.
The platform requires a constant Internet connection. If the Internet connection is available, the platform will automatically connect to our server after launch.
You should see a dialogue window prompting you to enter the email address and password specified during the registration on our website.
Enter your login (email address) and password into the corresponding fields. Select the environment you want to log in. Possible options are 'Demo' and 'Live', login and password are the same for both. After clicking 'Login', if you have entered the correct access credentials, the dialog window will disappear, the modules will become active.
Does XHK offer an iPhone or Android app?
Yes! We support applications for iPhone and Android devices. They can be found in the App Store and Google Play:

Do you provide connection to MT4?
No, at the moment we do not offer connection to MT4.
How to set up a FIX connection?
Please note that there are some restrictions as to who can use FIX API. Contact your personal manager to find out whether you qualify for it.
We work with FIX protocol version 4.4 (learn more about our API). We use a slightly adapted version of FIX 4.4, so please look through the documentation before getting down to using it.
A connection can be established through points in London, Frankfurt, Chicago, New York, and Moscow.
Setting up the connection takes up to one day.
The integration guide, the specification and the certificate needed to set up the connection are available in the Client's area.
To obtain the necessary keys to set up the connection, please contact your personal manager.
What is the difference between demo and live accounts in your platform?
Quotes and commissions are the same in both versions. Market data is the same for non-exchange traded instruments (OTC). Exchange traded instruments market data is usually delayed for at least 30 minutes.
What languages are the website and trading platform available in?
The main website, Client's area, and Help Center, as well as our trading platform, are available in both English and Chinese.
Can I login into my account on more than one platform simultaneously?
Yes, you can. For example, you can run the trading platform on your desktop while managing your orders in the mobile application.
